Garden Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology should increase organizational effectiveness, decision making, prospecting, donor management, and goal alignment. Recent advances in nonprofit CRM have been tremendous and leading nonprofits are transforming how they utilize technology with the CRM as the cornerstone. Presenters will discuss options and tradeoffs and how to balance what is best for YOUR organization. Participants will understand major changes in CRM’s and other technologies, what is driving these changes and why it's important, and how to prepare your organization for a CRM change.
