As leaders take on new positions, it is critical to understand the context and complexities of an organization. In response to these challenges, the Longwood Fellows have developed a guide for leaders to use when moving into senior-level positions. We will share the results of our survey which revealed the topics public garden leaders find most important or challenging to assess, and the resources that address those topics. Learn how this strategic resource can help you evaluate the current state of your organization and successfully plan for the future. Participants will have a greater understanding of the topics and challenges senior-level leaders face upon entering an organization, as well as the resources to address them.

This session is approved for 1 CFRE credit hour.
