Meaningful member experiences foster loyalty and encourage a deeper connection with your garden’s mission, which in turn strengthens your garden’s financial stability. Three institutions will share the trials, tribulations, and success stories of creating a tailored experience for new and existing members, crafting special events to attract new audiences, connecting to the local community via social media, and shaking up the renewal strategy. Participants will learn how these gardens plan and try new tactics that build member households and revenues. Attendees will gain ideas to enhance members’ experiences, build membership base, and grow loyalty to convert members into new donors.
