This presentation will share general information on how PPP's work, opportunities for starting one, and case studies of three different botanical gardens that are currently in a PPP. A lawyer with diverse experience in advising nonprofit clients on how to structure agreements will also present strategies for agreements. Participants will learn if setting up or changing an existing public private partnership would be of benefit for them to explore for existing or new garden projects.
